How to Create a Zip File

• On Windows:
  1. Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder.
  2. Select (or point to) Send to.
  3. Select Compressed (zipped) folder.
• On macOS:
  1. Select the folder (click on it).
  2. Go to the File menu.
  3. Choose Compress.

A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.
